Experienced R&D Engineers
Our 12 R&D engineers, some of them worked for LG, Inspur and NEC, are known for their rich experience. Their cooperation with Shandong University has helped us obtain two patents for our cylinder engraving machine and handle controlled CNC router. For our cylinder engraving machine, the spindle is horizontally moved, so the stability and performance are ensured. For our handle controlled CNC router, users can save the program file in a USB driver and insert the USB driver to the handle; and the machine can work according to the program file.

Our machines have a DSP control system made by ourselves, which helps us reduce cost. The automatic engraving tool change system for our CNC machining center is also developed by us. Moreover, our strong R&D ability for control system, and user-friendly structure and function have helped us win the trust of customers in Canada, Australia, the US and South Korea.
Imported Spare Parts
Our nine QC staff use laser level meters and inner diameter micrometers from Japan. To ensure high-quality CNC routers, we use spare parts such as HSD spindles from Italy; Yaskawa and Panasonic servo from Japan; linear square rails and ball screws from Taiwan, NSK bearings and Omron electrical parts from Japan, as well as Hypertherm Power supplies and Delta inventors from the US; and Becker Vacuum pumps from Germany.
